“Submissive, liberal, feminists, conservatives… All the contradictions have place, sometimes in the same person, and it isn’t always easy to the outside look to perceive as much diversity. Through the eyes of six women of different age, profession and religious background I tried to put together the mosaic of one of the world’s most intriguing capital cities, Beirut, dismissing the traditional idea of the west towards Middle Eastern countries. ”
