“Studio Equis Limited was created in 2004 with the aim of broadening knowledge and access to the visual arts between different cultures, with an emphasis on the relationship between Japan and the West.
Our current focus is on post-war and contemporary Japanese photography thanks to our privileged access to a wide range of works by leading Japanese photographers. Since our inception we have worked directly with photographers and their estates to develop projects including exhibitions, publications and sales in Europe and the United States, focusing on different aspects of modern Japanese photography.”
