“I covered a few 14.000 kilometers in the car, with feet or by bike. My photographs are taken during these many voyages which I accomplish. My glance sticks to ordinary people during their ordinary moments when they release their professional responsibilities and they move in their own world.”

More images and other projects on www.martinkollar.com. Martin Kollar (b. 1971) is from Slovak Republic, he studied the Film faculty, Camera Departmentat at the Academy of Performing Arts Bratislava. He has been working as a freelance photographer and cinematographer since he has been graduated there.

Kollar is working on long term projects and he received several grants and awards. His works has been exhibited in venues in many countries including Maison Europeen de la Photography Paris France, Recontres des Arles in France, Le Château d’Eau Toulouse France, MOCA Shanghai, Guandong Museum of Art in China, House of Photography in Prague and Month of Photography in Krakow, Thessaloniki, Bratislava and Athens.
