Mara Ploscaru – Decay

“In nature we never see anything isolated, but everything in connection with something else which is before it, beside it, under it and over it.” – Goethe

There is no such thing as death. In nature nothing dies.
From every vestige of decay results some form of life.
Nature always provides a way of transcendental experience and reflection.
Nature doesn’t let itself controlled.

Mara Ploscaru (1987) lives and works in Berlin and from March 2013 she will be studying at Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie.

“My work is both poetic by experimenting and telling stories out of a definite timeframe, and disruptive by taking the viewer in a different world in which he can start afresh, imagining his own narrative.”
