A few days after I returned from Pripyat, I learnt that Rimma had passed away. She was monumental in the pictures I shot and knew the region better than anyone else. Her passion for showing the world what exactly happened in Chernobyl will be missed. My condolences go out to her colleagues and family.
These pictures are dedicated to her and wouldn’t have been possible without Rimma’s help!

eu’ti urez multa, multa bafta si’mi spui cu cateva zile’nainte sa pleci ca poate ma prinzi intr’o alta pasa!
mai ai un pic de asteptat, ca prietenul pe care vreau sa il conving sa mergem si care are aparat pro nu e prea incantat de idee! :) il sperie radiatile!
